Mr. Richard Jennings, age 76 of Nathalie, passed away on January 4, 2022 in Lynchburg. He was the son of the late John Jennings and Martha Davis Jennings.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Nichols and Louise Jacobs; brother, Joe Jennings.

He is survived by his wife, Cornelia Garner Jennings of the home; Danyel Jennings of the home and Avery Jennings of Richmond; seven grandchildren, Kyra Saunders, Syncear Broggin and Shine'Nome Coriell, all of the home, Asya Jennings and Aviaire Jennings of Brookneal, Avery Jennings and Amarii Phelps, both of Hurt; two sisters, Gracie Ragsdale of South Boston and Catherine Jennings of New York; four sisters-in-law, Lilliam Espinoza, Emma Davis, Barbara Jennings (Johnny) and Peggy Jennings; aunt, Lucy Davis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
