Mr. Robert Edward Cooper, age 88 of Nathalie, passed away on May 8, 2021 in Nathalie. He was the husband of Mrs. Aubrey Lee Cooper.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathryn Cooper of New York.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey Grober Cooper of Nathalie; his children, Mark Cooper (Patty) of New York, Brenna Gilmer (Rob) of Massachusetts, and Laura Lyons (Michael) of Virginia; ten well-loved grandchildren, Joshua Cooper, Jonathan Cooper, Allison Cooper, Katie Gimler, John Robert Gimler, James Gimler, Michael Lyons, Jr., Amanda Lyons, Drew Lyons, and Victoria Lyons; sisters, Pattie Jackson, Pauline Cooper and Barbara Arnold, all of New York; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A service will be held at a later time at Halifax Methodist Church.
