Mr. Roger Lee Pride, Jr., age 34 of Farmville passed away on December 4, 2023 at his residence.  He was born on October 20, 1989 to Dr. Odessa H. Pride and the late Mr. Roger Lee Pride, Sr.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons: Roger III, Amir and Major; siblings, Vanessa, Leslie, Sherrie; nieces, Laila, Teresa, Chantel, Raegan; nephews, Miles, Christopher, Cameron and Cayden; aunts, Sheila (godmother), Debra, Doretha, Sandra, Alejia and Gwendolyn; an uncle, James R. Harvey, Sr.; a special friend, LaShelle Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
