Mr. Roosevelt William Goode, Jr., age 71 of Gladys, passed away on March 10, 2021 in North Carolina. He was the son of the late Mr. Roosevelt Goode, Sr. and Mrs. Daisy Lee Hubbard Goode.

He is survived by three daughters, Patricia Dunkley of Gladys, Tonika Goode of North Carolina, and T'Angelia Goode of California; two sons, James Goode (Tammy) of Brookneal and Roosevelt William Goode III (Trey) of Gladys; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, John T. Davis of Lynchburg; a special friend, Deborah Hamilton; and a host of other relatives and friends.
