Rose Marie Carr, age 78 of Brookneal, passed away on June 29, 2026 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Newt Saunders and Maude Angel Saunders. 

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Edwin Carr; her children, Kenny Carr, Thomas Carr and Jeffery Carr, all of Brookneal, Virginia; two grandchildren, Keith Carr and Angel Carr of Brookneal; great grandchildren, Kanaan and Korbyn Carr; and a host of family and friends.
