Roxiann Jennings Thomas, "Roxy" passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024.  She was the daughter of the late John Herbert Jennings, Sr. and Clara U. Jennings.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild, and her eldest brother, Earl Jennings.

To cherish her memory she leaves behind: two daughters, Marissa (Rissy) Lauren Thomas and Donayjah Almira both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; three step-children, Charles, Steven and Lisa Thomas all of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; one step-grandson, Jamir Lockett of York, Pennsylvania; three brothers, her twin Rogers (Patricia) Jennings of South Boston, Virginia, John Herbert (Alice) and Marty (Sandra) Jennings of Nathalie, Virginia; four very special cousins thought of as sisters-in-life, Jean Cutts, Bernice Palmer and Elaine Wynne all of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Kathy Dennis· of Atlanta, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
