Ruth Mae Robinson, age 76 of Appomattox, passed away on December 22, 2023 in Lynchburg. She was the daughter of the late George Reed and Ellioese Daniel Reed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobbie Robinson; and brother, Wilbur Daniel.

She is survived by her only son, Bobbie Lee Robinson, Jr. "Ricky"; special cousins, Estelle Robinson and Frances Harvey; nephew, Wilbur Daniel, Jr.; four sisters-in-law, Shirley Thornton, Esbell Robinson, Nanny Robinson and Julia Dews; a good friend, Phyliss Richie; and a host of cousins and friends.
