Samantha Marian Pannell, age 28 of Brookneal, passed away on December 21, 2024 in Lynchburg. She was the daughter of Marion Kennedy Pannell and Iretta Iris Moss Pannell.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Tamika Pannell "Gabby"; and grandfather, Fred Pannell, Sr.

She is survived by her mother, Iretta Pannell of Lynchburg; her father, Marion Pannell (Becky) of Brookneal; brother, Marion Pannell, Jr. (Kaisha) of Brookneal; sister, Bre Pannell of Brookneal; step-sister, Brittney Myrick; grandmothers, Thelma Pannell and Brenda Pannell, both of Brookneal; nieces, Khari Pannell and Kennedi Pannell, both of Brookneal; aunts and uncles; and a host of other relatives and friends.
