Sarah Virginia Hubbard Reeves, age 68 of Appomattox, passed away on March 30, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Nellie Mosley Hubbard and was raised by the late Jasper and Mary Lamberth.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Mary Hubbard, and Adolphus and Gladys Mosley; four brothers, Clyde, Samuel, John, and Larry; two sisters, Corrine Hubbard and Dianne Webb; and a niece, who she loved like a daughter, Tierra Hubbard.

Sarah leaves to cherish her memories her beloved daughter, Tish Lee (Jody) of Appomattox, VA; her son, Cecil Bryan Anthony of Charlotte, NC; two grandchildren, Jordan Lee and Promise Vazquez; five sisters, Kathleen Hubbard of Nelson, VA, Ida Donigan (Kenneth) of Concord, VA, Stacey Dews (Marty) of Appomattox, VA, Marilyn Olds (David) and Shelia Hubbard of Pamplin, VA; three brothers, Michael Hubbard of Las Vegas, NV, John Lamberth of Appomattox, VA and Warren Lamberth of Lynchburg, VA; four aunts, Margaret Stanley (Eric) and Claudia Mosley of Lynchburg, VA, Veola Mosley and Jean Mosley of Concord, VA; and one uncle, Ronald Mosley (Jackie) of Rustburg, VA; five godchildren, Nikki Boyd, Dwight Elliott, Martikus Mosley, Keon Hubbard, and Tiana Hubbard; two best friends, Margie Brown and Qwenetta Watts; and a devoted friend, Valarious Drew.
Sarah was known as "RaRa" by her special littles ones, Isaiah, Zakai, Grayson, Ky'Meera, Patrick, Ziah, Khiyana, and Dream; and a host of nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
