Shon Ondray Hubbard, age 49 of Altavista, passed away on March 13, 2025 at his residence. He was the son of Darlene Loretta Adams Hubbard and the late William Ray Hubbard.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dossie Lee Adams; and uncle, Louie Ortez Adams.

He leaves to cherish his loving mother, Darlene Adams Hubbard; sister, LaToya Hubbard; and fur-niece, Lola. Shon was the cherished grandson of Luddie Adams and Robert Hubbard, Sr. and Phyllis Hubbard. He also leaves behind aunts and uncles who adored him dearly. Amongst them are Sharon Wilson (Marshall), Charlene Ruggs (Jeffrey), Jerry Adams (Linda), Venis Adams, Cheryl Elam, Rose Smith (Samuel I), Robert Hubbard, Jr., Leon Hubbard (Evangelist Barbara), Rev. LyDell Hubard Sr., Charlene Revely (Warren), Gary Hubbard (Loreace), Terry Hubbard, Celestina Watson (Rev. Daniel), and Elder Tarsha Davis. Shon's memory will be forever cherished by a host of first and extended cousins. Shon will be fondly remembered by his Godmother, Vashtie Douglas; special friend Alison Peters; and close friend, Bonnie Hall; and a host of other relatives and friends.
