Mr. Tom William Spencer, Jr. age 72 of Charlotte Court House, passed away on July 15, 2021 at his residence.  He was the son of the late Tom William Spencer, Sr. and Margaret Johnson Spencer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Spencer and John Spencer; and three sisters, Annie and Anna Spencer and Helen Neal.

He is survived by his beloved and devoted wife, Jannie, of the home; daughters, Vanessa Spencer and Marcy Crank (Daron), all of Baltimore, MD and Amanda Hurt (Timothy) of Chester, VA; sons, Tom Spencer III of Ohio, James Henry of Charlotte Court House, Lorenzo (Shelly) and Lamont (Sandra), all of Farmville and Carlos of New Jersey; fifteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; one devoted sister, Mrs. Christina Hodge of Charlotte Court House; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
