Teresa Carolyn Broggin, age 56 of Appomattox, passed away on February 8, 2024 in Lynchburg. She was the daughter of John Thomas Broggin, Jr. and Dorothy Mae Clark Booth.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred Clark and Rosa Clark Morton, John Thomas Broggin, Sr. and Sarah Coleman Broggin.

She leaves to cherish her memories, nephew, and nieces, her fiance' Randy Abbitt; a sister, Dorothy Ann Burrell (Tasia); brother, Alfie Broggin; bonus brothers and sisters, Rusty Jennings, James Broggin and Latoya Pollard;  nephews and nieces, Bryant Crawley, Devonta Kelso, and Rashaod Martin Jones of Florida, Ashanti Scott, Zariyah Kelso, Shankia Burrell and Candace Crawley; great nephews and nieces, Jamari, Kavion and Adonis Pless, Kennan Pless, Jr. Zymere Scott, Kylan Pless, Adriana and Carmen Scott; cousins, Jonathan, Travis, and Whitney Broggin, Constance Broggin Ross; best friend, Valerie Dalton; special aunt, Georgia Broggin; special cousin, Lavonya Walton of Lubbock, Texas; uncles and aunts, Richard Clark (MaryAnn), Earl Clark (Velma), Gloria Ghoston, Margaret Skates, Cora Lee Pannell, Richard Broggin (Annette), Warren Broggin (Celia), Larry Broggin (Florence), Jasper Broggin, Hazel Broggin, Rose Venable (Earl), Bessie Broggin, Tessie Younger, Delores Broggin (Earl), Deatrice Broggin and Ondria Broggin, all of Virginia, and Franklin Broggin of Harrisburg, PA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
