Mr. Timothy Wayne Layne, age 36 of Nathalie, passed away on January 18, 2023 in Halifax. He was the son of Shirley Lynn Portee Pena and Brian Jennings.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Rusty Layne; and stepmother, Rosa Layne.

He is survived by his children, Dylan and Dustin Layne and  Kyle; his mother, Shirley Pena and his father, Brian Jennings; sisters, Tonya Davis (Thomas), Sheryl Layne, Toshia Fields (William), and April Mejorado Cuevas; brothers, Floyd Layne (Rosalynn), David Layne (Alisha) and Owen Layne (Amanda); sister-in-law, Lindsay Crews; step father, Owen Junior Layne; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
