Timothy Shakeel Carr (Shaq), age 51 of Nathalie, passed away on February 16, 2021 in Gretna. He was the son of Mr. Robert Carr and the late Shirley Mae Marable Carr.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney L. Carr.

He is survived by his children, Melquan Carr "mini me", Tyree Carr "baby boy", Amaya Carr "ma'ma"; he  also loved as his own, Kashif, Buster, Nina, Terrell, Appollonia, Quintasha and Breanna; brothers, Robert Carr (Qamar) and Loron Thomas; two sisters, Tamika "Chill" West (Sandy) and Tanesha Davis; grandson, Cortez Carr; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
