Traci Denise Price, age 62 of Gladys, passed away on February 4, 2024 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late William Barley and Mary Strange Barley.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Valerie Mansour; father-in-law, James Price; mother-in-law, Inez Moore; granddaughter, Kassidy Jade Shamari Price; and brother-in-law, Thomas Junior Price.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, James Price; three daughters, Lolanda Price and Jennifer Price, both of Lynchburg, Adrienne Price Scott (Charles) of Gladys, Virginia;  one son, James Price Jr. (Shanell) of Lynchburg, Virginia;  six granddaughters; one great grandson; two sisters, Sharon Barley of Chase City, Virginia and Nikita Barley of Gladys, Virginia; sisters-in-law, Christine Taylor (Leroy), Ruth Marshall (Gregory), and Tiffany Cobbs (Bernard) of Lynchburg, Virginia, Kathy Ford (James) of Prospect, Carolyn Bartley (Raymond) of Roanoke, and Martha Price of Brookneal; brothers-in-law,  William David Britton of Lynchburg, and Eugene Price (Nancy) of Long Island, Virginia and George Price (Amelia) of Omaha, NE; devoted friends, present and deceased, Charmaigne Elam, Lisa Green and Faye Baker; and a host of  nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
