Mr. Tracy Gilliam, age 61 of Brookneal, passed away on March 11, 2024 in Brookneal. He was the son of William Edward Gilliam, Jr. and Lula Mae Lovelace Gilliam.

He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Gilliam; one brother, William J. "Mane" Gilliam; two brothers-in-law, Charlie L. Monroe and David O. Burns.

He is survived by his daughter, Lakishia Gilliam (Jessica) of Halifax, Virginia; his mother, Lula M. Gilliam of Gladys, Virginia; one brother, Jesse Lovelace (Delma) of Woodbridge, Virginia; six sisters, Maude Payne of Brookneal, Virginia,  Peggy Burns, Bonnie Ghabayen and Belinda Monroe, all of Gladys, Virginia, Janie Pannell-Ross of Galloway, New Jersey, and Hazel Pannell of Bronx, New York; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Gilliam of Brookneal; his beloved dogs, Max and Cha Chi; as well as host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
