Mr. Trevon Jamal McCargo, age 23 of Lynchburg, passed away on June 18, 2021 in Lynchburg. He was the son of Angela McCargo Spencer and Wesley Edmonds.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pattie McCargo, Thomas Davis, Thelma Edmonds and Marion Edmonds, Sr.

He is survived by his parents, Wesley Edmonds of Drakes Branch and Angela McCargo Spencer of Lynchburg; sisters, Lea Edmonds of Chase City, Nia Edmonds of Nathalie, Angel Edmonds of Greensboro, NC, Shanya Wright and Shanice McCargo of Lynchburg; brothers, Deontra Wright of Lynchburg, Jay Wesley Edmonds of Chase City, and Amon Tucker of South Boston; aunts, Rhonda Keeylen (Kenneth) of Newport News, Mable Wesley (Clarence) of Madison Heights, Debbie Daye (Derek) of Richmond, Blanche Vaughters (Marvin) of Red Oak and Lindzee of Chesapeake; uncles, Ron McCargo (Cheryl) of Lynchburg, Franklin Davis (Pauline) of Waldorf MD, Tim Davis (Jean) of Frederick, MD and Marion Edmonds, Jr. (Connie) of South Hill; devoted friend, like a step-father, Lonnie Woodson of Lynchburg; god-mothers, Sonya Tucker-Irby (Michael) of Richmond and Regina Eubanks of Henrico; special friends, Leah Lewis, Darnell Horsely, Jr., Cyteria Stevens, Chris; and a host of other relatives and friends.
