Mrs. Vicki Lynn Neighbors, age 52, of Brookneal died Sunday, November 7, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Dean Neighbors of Brookneal; two sons, Richard Rehmann (April) and David O'Shea-Rehmann (Dee) of Richmond; step-children, Stacy Neighbors of South Boston, and Dean A. Neighbors of Iraq; grandchildren, Alanna O'Shea of Richmond, Leanna Rehmann, and Johnny Irish, Danisha Gomes, Dakebia, Dwayne, and Dijuan Hutcherson, Landon and Riley Neighbors; her mother, Mrs. Nancy Lloyd and step-father, Mr. Jesse Lloyd of Brookneal; three brothers, Warren Anderson (Sandra) and Keith Anderson of Brookneal, Curtis Anderson (Angie) of Nathalie; four sisters, Charlotte Moorefield and Rebecca Owenby (Todd) of Richmond, Loretta Wilson (Jack) of Brookneal, and Vanessa Isaacs of Arizona; her mother-in-law, Myrtle Neighbors of Brookneal and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Emerson Bailey Anderson.
