Virginia Ann Foster, age 66 of Richmond, passed away on April 18, 2025 in Richmond, Virginia. She was the daughter of Mrs. Ella Uneeda Williams Foster and the late Mr. Jesse James Foster.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jesse James Foster.

She is survived by her loving mother, Ella Uneeda Williams Foster; her devoted daughter, Lakita Foster-Jones (Chris); her cherished siblings, Sheree Foster, Diane Foster, James Foster, and Stanley Foster (Janice); beloved niece, Erica Claiborne and nephew, Evan Foster; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and a wide circle of cousins, friends, and community members whose lives were forever touched by her presence.
