Warren Stanley Saunders, age 68 of Durham, North Carolina, passed away on December 22, 2024 in Durham. He was the son of the late Albert Saunders and Virginia Arcelia Williams Saunders.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert Deon Saunders, John Saunders; and sister, Patricia Williams.

He is survived by his son, Dominique Lavert Saunders of Roanoke; daughter, Alexis Lewis of Roanoke; grandsons, Brandon Hammett, Jr. and Dominque Saunders, Jr., both of Richmond; granddaughters, Jaydia Saunders and Ja'Veah Saunders, both of Lynchburg; sister, Roselyn Lee Williams of High Point, NC; niece, Akia Williams-Bethea of High Point, North Carolina; and a host of other relatives and friends.
