Mr. William Scott, Jr. age 71 of Red House, passed away on July 17, 2023 in Rocky Mount, Virginia. He was the son of the late William Howard Earnest Scott, Sr. and Margaret Etta Virginia Scott.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Howard Amos Scott.

He is survived by his siblings, Filmore Scott (Alma) of Appomattox, Catherine Virginia Scott Tune of Lynchburg, Alonzo Melvin Scott of Norfolk, and James O. Scott, of Pamplin; and a host nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
