Mr. William Henry Spencer, age 85 of Charlotte Court House entered into eternal rest on April 14, 2021 at his residence.  He was the son of the late Mr. Samuel Rice Spencer and Mrs. Gracie Elsie Snead Spencer.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Doris Spencer; daughters, Florence Morton, Joyce Spencer, and Elsie Spencer; sons, William and Tracy (Denise); stepson, Raphael Alston; grandchildren,  William Cree Spencer (Samantha), Cheyenne Spencer, Nyajah Spencer, Savannah Spencer, Dakota Spencer, Esther Morton, Joeann Morton, Somer Alston, and Chelsea Alston; sisters, Virginia Spencer and Gladys Morton; and a host of nephews, nieces, and  cousins, including a special nephew and niece, Larry Thompson  and Carrie Irving; and friend Alfonso Brogden, to whom the family is especially grateful.
