Winifred Poindexter Taylor, age 74 of Chesterfield, passed away on October 15, 2024 at her residence.   She was born in Halifax County, Virginia on July 11, 1950 to the late Warren Gamalian and Lucy Logan Poindexter.

Winfred leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Kaitlyn C. Taylor; two sisters, Gloria A. Poindexter of Chesterfield, Virginia and Alease P. McClanahan of Nathalie, Virginia; one brother, Raleigh A. Poindexter of Richmond, Virginia; two sisters-in-law, a devoted sister-in-law, Irene G. Poindexter of Chesterfield, Virginia, and Gladys Poindexter of Fort Washington, MD; one aunt, Earlie Hendricks of Washington, DC; and a host of dear nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
