Mrs. Zeanell I. Brogdon, age 87, of Randolph, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021.  She was the wife of the late Mr. William Brogdon; and the daughter of the late  Mr. Charles Henry Snead and Mrs. Angia Vaughters Snead.

Left to cherish her beautiful memories are her seven children, Hilda Foster (Jonathan) of Randolph, Linda Foster (Jerry) of Saxe, William Leon Brogdon (Virginia) of Richmond, Gary Brogdon (Audrey) of Randolph, Royal Freeman of Randolph, Cheryl Brogdon of Randolph, and Michelle Brogdon (Christopher) of South Boston; one brother, James Harold Snead of Bridgeport, CT; three sisters, Dorothy Hall (Joseph) of Charlotte Court House, Delmer Gilliam (Theodore) of Clover, and Angie Wilson (James) of Greenwood, FL; one devoted brother-in-law, Ailaher Brogdon; three loving sisters-in-law, Margo Purdy of Baltimore, MD, Eva Snead of Richmond, and Betty Snead of Randolph; eighteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

There will be no public viewing. However, family and friends may pay their respects and view a video tribute during the hours of 1:00 and 5:30 p.m. at the Jeffress Funeral Home Brookneal Chapel.
