Mr. Frank J. Herndon, age 86 of Brookneal, passed away on March 28, 2026 in Brookneal. He was the son of the late Johnie Edway Herndon and Odell Payne Herndon.

He is survived by his daughter, Zelma Medley of Nathalie; two grandchildren, Linda Davis and Channing Davis (Andrea); one great granddaughter, Zyahnia Stone; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many devoted friends.
