Evangelist Virginia D. Jennings, age 75 of Lynchburg, died on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Joseph N. Davis, Sr. and Ms. Virginia M. Davis.

Virginia leaves to cherish her memories her loving and devoted children, Nathaniel Tony Jennings of Charleston, SC, Carol Ann Jennings of Lynchburg, VA, Mable Louise Tucker (Mark) of Lynchburg, VA, Joseph Daniel Jennings of Roanoke, VA, and Katie Hope Jennings of Gretna, VA; a stepson, Barry Younger, Charlotte, NC; eight grandchildren, Damien, Kiana, Devonna, Demetrius, Demond, Joenicqwa, Jasmine and Jordan; five great grandchildren, Kavon, Kyra, Demondre, Anika and Khaza; two brothers, Elder Joseph Davis (Lady Sandra) and Ronnie Davis of Lynchburg VA; three sisters, Betty Hall (James) of Lynchburg, VA, Emma Miller of Hermosa, VA and Geraldine Gilbert of Lynchburg, VA; one aunt, Estelle Gilbert (Jack) of Hurt, VA; two brothers-in-law, Charlie Waller (Barbara) of Newark, NJ, and Leon Jennings (Joyce) of Robertsonville, NC; eleven sisters-in-law, Dr. Mary Cherry (Will) of Rocky Mount, NC, Elder Estelle Polk (Robert) of Nathalie, VA, Shirley Currin (Lester) of South Boston, VA, Josephine Younger of Crystal Hill, VA, Linda Jennings (James) of South Boston, VA, Nancy Torain of Roxboro, NC, Mel Waller of Newark, NJ, Evelyn Jennings of South Boston, VA and Laverne Davis of Lynchburg, VA; two special friends, Rev.
